La Baguetterie is on Rue Victor Masse in Pigalle (the Metro will get you within about a block of it.) There are several cool little music stores down the block as well, kind of like Denemark St in London. One shop (a name like OCC and also on Rue Victor Masse) had some used drums.
I was there in 2007 and made a note that they're all closed on Monday. :(
