the serial numbers are throwing me off, why is one not in the 60's? does that mean it is mismatched? sorry, i need education!

It could be a piece together set. What condition is the wrap in? Look for cracking the Rogers Onyx finish's are known to crack..If the wrap looks to good check the edge's of the shells this will tell you if the set has been re-wrapped..On the price of 900.00 does the set have any missing parts? any stands with the set? Photo's would help out.If the set's not a re-wrappped set but has no stands 900.00 seem's high to me..Mikey

If the wrap is in good shape (no splits), that's a good price, considering the matching PowerTone snare drum.

That is a very fair price for Clevelands I would not worry about the snare it may have been add3ed later as long as the wrap is good and all parts are there it is a good price..IMO

Good Grief. Buy it already.

Those are all 1966 numbers. If that kit is in very good to fine excellent condition, you should throw in a 30 pack of his favorite beer.

the wrap has a minor scuff by the badge on the tom... there is no other crack ing. it comes with the tom bass stand and the ride stand as well. the only thing that is missing is the bottom hoop on the powertone, the rods for it, and the strainer. i would say the whole kit is a 7-8 out of 10. it does seem to be 66 he said,

That's not a bad price if 80% or more of the lugs do not show cracks. Lug replacements all around can cost you more than that $900 for the drums.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.
