guitar center told me it was weird that they did not have the date stamps, but i wonder if at some time, grandpa didn't repaint them.. but i can't really ask him... =(

they are both red, what does that mean :)No date stamps on the inside. We opened the bass drum and it looks like it's never been opened honestly because the white inside is perfect. The two toms the white is faded in them.

some had the date stamps during that perod and some didnt. not a big deal. they also could have been wiped clean. i didnt take much to do that. some also faded away.

that period that those drums were produced in was kinda transitional. could have been white or red felt mufflers. i was just curious. thanks..

Interested but you are way hi on price for the sizes and no snare.should be about $600I have delt drums for many years and ebay for 12 years. If they where pre serial numberSmaller sizes and included snare you'd be looking at $1000 22,13,16 are typical and serial numbered does not bring what Pre does I am a serious, fair and honest dealer and can offer cash and true value info. Let me know or if you have other stuff I can give you a cash price on. Wheres the Snare? Cymbals and stands?

I'm watching it, but won't bid. I have a Ludwig set the same color from 1962. I like to keep an eye on the vintage market. Most serious bidders wait until the last 30 seconds. I hope it does well for you.
