My 1977 Phonics have 9 lugs on the 16" and that wrap also looks like one of two marble finnishes from Sonor 60`s era !! ( Wine marble and red marble )

Is it common to have such sporatic and non uniform hammering on Turkish brands ? It don`t make the same imprint as the hammering i`m used to see`n,.....
