The claws tend to split on the sides... Take one off,and look...bet you will see some splits... I,m working on getting some perfect ones right now.....

Yes,they ARE that Rare... Been selling for 25 years...don't recall seeing one,and sure haven't had one.... A few 7" ones...but no 8"......
