Hey there sorry about the late response, I checked local music store rental prices. I asked for $300, I was counter offered $200 for just three drums and two cymbals. Obviously insurance is a consideration, but I took a gamble. Hope that helps.

I actually found a Pioneer so I'm good on the snare. The reason I'm looking is because I found the bass drum. I also have a full Super Classic kit already from 62 I just purchased from Donn Beennett. I'm not looking to drop coin like that on something I already have that's better. I just figure that I'd try to find the rest of a kit. I appreciate the heads up man!

mark - I know a guy in your area who has a complete galaxy sparkle club date 20.12.14. matching pioneer. kit looked to be in VG-EXC condition. I believe the blue was faded judging from the pics that were sent to me. Seller claimed that the kick was a 12x20 though I'm not certain as it may be a 14x20. and I believe the hardware on the FT was nickel and the rest of the kit chrome, or possibly visit versa. Guys name is Marty, he was asking $3500 about a year back and a couple months ago went to $4500. We both know the kit is not worth that much coin, but I can forward you the e-mail he sent if you would like? just send me ur e-mail. I would be interested in the pioneer snare but highly doubt the seller would piece out, so I didn't even ask. We can always go in on the kit together if we can get Marty to a reasonable price. -Allen
