Talking Paiste model 2000 14" crash cymbal

I have just purchased a model 2000 Paiste crash cymbal 14". The serial number is 604xxx. I was wondering 1) What years these were made and 2)is this a respected cymbal model. I have previously owned Paiste cymbals all varieties and have loved them but just want to know if they are still considered good .THanks a lot
