I can't seem to get any info on this old Leedy/Ludwig, Take a look and Tell me a year and if 7.5"x15" is an odd ball size. I come up empty handed, Hope someone has some answers!

1. Does it have a badge?
2. What does the strainer side look like?
3. Is the measurement just the shell or with the hoops?
It looks like what is called "The Concert King" and someone added
another strainer above the butt side.
