Mid-70's 3 ply Black and Silver badge - 22x16 - 9x13 - 16x16. New Evans heads. Toms have original mufflers and re-rings. Someone on the Forum pointed out that the hoops are not original since they are metal. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm 61 now but no expert on vintage drums. Don't want to steer anyone wrong.The snare is by Audette Custom Drums of Orange,Ca. -14x6 15 ply Maple Keller shell with Slingerland style hardware.

The kit is in museum condition. The snare and bass have a little more of a glitter pattern to them than the toms but match well. Not sure what happened with the bass. My first kit was a Slingerland blue sparkle in 1965 that my parents bought me. Everything matched except the mounted tom. It had more of a greenish tint to it. We brought it back to the store (Rondo Music for those of you in the Jersey area who are old enough to remember). We ordered a new tom and this one too had the more greenish tint to it. Who knows. Crazy stuff with some Slingerland Sparkles.. I have two tone silver and blue sparkles.. Under a black light only one Tom's Blue glows like a neon...

I'm surprised your kit is still up for grabs..

For $400 or less you can get a complete set of '60s - '80s Zildjians leaving $800 for a set. There's tons of stuff out there for that $ , especially used.
