Hey dudes and dudettes,
My Astro (Pearl stencil) kit up is up for sale. 12-14-20 in traditional sizes (no snare included). Funkayyy goodness! The shells don't look like Luaun to me; they are lighter colored like maple or birch, but with a rougher texture and feel to them. Here are a few pictures to give you an idea and get you started. I still have the original bass drum heads which will be included in the sale.

Before anybody starts squawkin', I already know that the tom arm shown in the pictures is not correct and is part of a double tom holder. You'll be pleased to know that I will include not one but TWO era-correct single tom holders in the sale! These are sturdy little units, but having a spare is always good with difficult to find pieces.
Also included in the deal will be Danmar clamp-on bass hoop spurs in case you're ham-footed like me and need more stability than the OEM bass drum spurs can provide. The OEM spurs are present and are telescoping style alá Gretsch and Ludwig Club Dates. And if that isn't enough to get you all hot and bothered, I will also throw in a 12" Gauger Flex Frame for the tom for y'all that like to put your tom in a snare stand.
All this can be yours for the low, low price of $250.00! Yes, two hundred fifty U.S. dollars! Small price to pay for mojo this sticky and moist, methinks.
Would really, Really, REALLY love to make a deal with a central Cal or SoCal brother or sister in order to avoid shipping. DO NOT WANT TO SHIP IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!! If anyone from the area is interested, I can meet you halfway up to 75 miles (easy for you LA cats), or if you're coming from NorCal I could meet you at Bentley's in Fresno.
My granddad's health is declining rapidly (he'll be 92 next month) and as his primary caregiver, I simply don't have much time or energy to bother with figuring out shipping costs, looking for boxes and packing material, and all the other headaches normally associated with parcel delivery.
Cheers,
Ryan
