Zildjian impulse hi-hats ?

Does anyone have any info/experience with zildjian's impulse copies of the paiste "rude" series hi-hats ? These showed up on the local craigslist and the 8 notches in the bottom hat are completely unfamiliar to me. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave

I had an Impulse crash a long time ago...

I do not remember what it sounded like. I do remember they were a cheaper line of Zildjians....
