Default Wrap color restore

Yesterday I've started color restore project on my super classics.
I took 16 as it is in the "worst" (still very good) condition compare to bass and tom.
I used T-Cut Colour Restorer, put on wrap and left for the night. Today morning (6 A.M. ) buffed residue away.
First two pics - before
Other two - after
You can still see the difference of wrap under the lug, (and some heavy spots didn't went so much away) but discoloration is not such significant as before...I think it's worth to try.

Beware...this thing has a seriously irritating odour. Use it only in ventilated areas, the best - outdoors. I did the job in the basement and had to vent all clothes for the night and twice shower the skin to get a rid of it.

I will update my project later on.

That looks very good! I will try to find some of that to put on a very ginger ale-d silver sparkle Ludwig canister throne I have. I hope it works as well for me as it did for you. Thanks for posting this.

Please post if you're able to find it in the US. I did a search in Google and can only find it available in the UK and Australia.

I live in Finland, and order it from UK ebay seller. 375ml bottle is enough to do the job.Small amount is pretty effective.

It says that no shipping to usa, but you can ask seller.

You can also try to buy through amazon.co.uk

Snurf can you post the active ingredients and percent if listed? We might be able to trace it to a USA product that's comparable. That's quite a difference nice job!

Thanks, snurf! I have a friend who is flying to London today to spend a few weeks with his family. I just spoke to him and he said he will see if he can ship some to me if the shipping cost is not too much.
