Does anyone know where i can find/buy a stingray marching snare drum

eBay is probably your best bet. They show up there from time to time and usually don't command a hefty price.

If you're going to buy one, try to score an earlier one. Later ones with the plastic-covered lugs aren't exactly known for their durability. The lug design was changed to save weight and it wasn't strong enough to hold up under high tensions.
