Identify this snare drum stand

Hi. Here are some pics of a snare drum stand that I cannot identify. It is well made and very sturdy. Any ideas as to who the maker is? Any info will be appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like a Ludwig WFL to me, however, I have'nt seen a Ludwig snare stand with that leg configuration.

Then again the basket dose'nt look like a WFL... It almost looks like another mfg's version of a Ludwig style.

it's not a ludwig stand but a convincing knock-off of one. surprised to see it referred to as sturdy. the ludwig one sure isn't.
