is it a 70s or a 60s

and how much i can get whith this litle 24 inch 3.280 kg (thin) not paper thin perfect hole ,no ding or dang

canadian sabian plan now (N.B.) my friend got an endorsent from them

That's from the early 1970's. You're fortunate to get one with such a nice weight from that era. Usually they're heavier.
