Question Rogers Bread and Butter, Beavertail lugs

Hi. My question is, will Rogers Beavertail lugs fit on a Rogers snare drum that had Bread and Butter lugs? Are the holes spaced the same? Thanks.

jayarejay...

Ploughman is correct... Beavertails WILL NOT fit B&B hole spacing. It was actually a very shrewd move on Rogers part. After the upgrade to Beavertails, one would have to buy new drums to get the new improved lugs! Anyway,

EXACT replacement B&B replicas are in fact available, and they are gorgeous. Jim Petty is making them. Here is the link: www.jp2creations.com Jim has a nice selection of expertly crafted replacement parts for Rogers, however, like anything else of QUALITY, they are not cheap. Each lug is $20.00, and you must supply the original lug nuts and springs from your originals. Jim's B&B's will NEVER CRACK though!
