Hey there everyone, I'm looking to complete a pedal. Here is the pedal in question:

The most needed part is what I think is called the swivel plate.

The other, less important is the ever elusive hoop clamp.

The former is the most important as the pedal is not attached to the base by anything other than the leather strap. The later doesn't seem essential for using the pedal.

Any help/guidance is appreciated!

PLEASE use attachments for your pics! The pic of the actual pedal was so LARGE that it blew everything off the page making for difficult navigation. Put it up again by all means... but as an attachment. THANKS!
