Default Weird A$$ Question

I've been noticing a pain at the top part of my butt, where it meets the tail bone, after playing for an hour or so. I have a nice round, padded Ludwig throne. It's not my lower back, only in the butt area. It also happens after a 45 minute workout on my spin bike, but that has a skinny seat like what's on a 10 speed. Does anyone else get that sort of pain? Any remedies?
Thanks.

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

It's common to develop cysts at the base of your tailbone that only present when they're irritated. You might look into that.

There's nothing noticeable on the skin, no redness or anything that looks like a cyst.

Could be arthritis or bone spurs.
