Default Weird stand??

Saw this on eBay:

Not thinking of buying - just never seen anything like this before!

I believe that's a Slingerland boom arm stand put together wrong, lol.

Agree with Mark. Combination of:
1. Slingerland straight cymbal stand
2. Slingerland boom arm with counterweight
3. Two Pearl wingnuts
4. Somebody with spare time on their hands.
