I thought I spied a Big R Rogers kit last night. One of the drummers for Chris Stapleton was using a Big R,looked like natural finish. Anyone else see this?

Good eye. Here's a pic of his drummer on a Rogers. I've seen his drummer on a Gretsch kit too, maybe a Ludwig as well.
Stapleton's performance was killer last night. The guy is incredibly talented. I'd listen to country radio if more like him were on it.
Thats the kit last night. I thought it was Tabacco Burst, but could not get a good enough look. I agree about Stapleton. Apparently he's been writing for other artists for quite sometime.

Living in Texas, I try to avoid country music as much as possible, but after seeing that kit, I wish I had watched it.

Yes, and he's had many hits. Nashville turns his songs into watered down, pop songs for other country artists. Stapleton's versions have soul. Gives me hope for country music.
