Throw Back Thursday....My Camco Drums in 1966

Thanks. Those tunes were recorded at King Records studio in Chicago. The A&R man Sonny Thompson produced the sessions. Sonny and Chuck Bernard walked the tapes across the street to Chess records to master the recordings and produce the dubs (acetates). Sadly, Tom and George--the lead and rhythm guitar players--are no longer living. Ron, the bass player, and I have remained good friends to this day. He and our lead guitar player friend Rick from the Kritters have started up the old band again. I live 1,100 miles from where they are. So, a great friend/great drummer, who is Ron's brother in law, has the drum throne.
