Default Identify vintage Ludwig snare

Please help me for identification of this Ludwig snare. I have some doubts about:

model (wfl classic strainer with 1960' butt and badge Ludwig Keystone 109534);

hoops (they are differents: is the bottom original? The snare wires slot seems not correct);

Drum Shell Material (three ply? maple, mahogany or both?). Give me all useful informations and advice for restoration (correct snares wires is missing, no extra holes, eight lugs).

Many, many thanks for helping, and sorry for my bad english,
