I was thinking the ludwig kit would be a change of pace. every kit you (and me included) have had is the same old same old. nobody will see the tom mounts looking from the outside. btw, my intent is not to tell you what to buy.

I took the kit to rehearsal, swapped out all the batter side heads with coated Ambassadors, ditched the 12 for now and just used the 10,14,20. It's a great sounding kit and a lot of fun to play.
