Default hi hat tambourine

Back in the late 60's early 70's I had a tambor-ching, I have tried to find one of them for my Luddys but to no avail. I finally decided to make my own. see attached pics of the original, as seen on the Beatles film Let it Be and mine own construction. It seems to do the trick and has the right sound. This design lets you have the maximum area on your hi hat cymbal, rather than the round ones that you get nowadays

I think that design may be better than the circular style ones that sometimes get in the way....nice work.
