Very Walking find! Glad your search has ended...or has it? :D

I reluctantly sold the "kit" of Leedy drums that I restored and assembled myself....wish I had them back now....damn. LoLoLoLo So, maybe the search never ends......yes, I'm currently thinking of hunting down some Leedys again......and then there's the ever elusive AFFORDABLE Gretsch "kit".....

That "aged" WMP is sooooo pretty! Very nice drums. Someday I hope to have space (and funds) to get a vintage WMP kit.

Congrats VM, that's a long time to be waiting for something like that and really amazing that you actually found it. I looked for a sonor teardrop floor tom for a year or so in the blue slate pearl. I figured one would turn up on ebay eventually. Finally one morning I googled it and found one on craigslist in canada. I contacted the guy and convinced him to put it on ebay on a buy it now and i got it. It was in incredible shape too. I finally found all the original hardware and I even found a nos original Super Tyrko ride and 1 hi hat and I Ajax crash. My teardrops are probably museum Quality. Dont you just love it when a plan comes together.
