I'd like to see more pics of setups w/o toms. I played a gig with a pro that used only a snare and kick, but he used a double BD pedal. Very cool and interesting for "classic" rock/pop.

Nothing wrong with your setup. For an inexpensive trial. I ordered some clear Attack reso heads for my MIJ (luan) kit. I liked it. Try one on a Tom and see if you want to experiment.

I faced a similar issue with an extra cymbal mount that was installed on a BD shell. I found some lightweight and short aluminum screw type rivets / bolts at my local HW store and filled the holes...

I have a Evans Power Center Tom Head (Clear+Power Center) and an Evans Genera Resonant for the bottom. Used a few times but both in VG shape. Both are 15 inch heads and make for a nice deep tom...

I had a set of these in 1990 paid $600. Toms were 12 x 12 and 13 x 13, I believe. Sounded okay with Pinstripes on 'em. Bass drum hoops were some kind of composite material with the maple shells....

IMO, Looks to be MAJESTIC DELUXE (by Star, I believe). Offset Lugs and snare badge are the clues.
