Re: Rogers Red Onyx Drums

Not a big deal. I was just surprised to see it censured. Glad to see it is just a programming thing.

Now if I had dropped an F Bomb I would have expected that to get censured along with getting...

Go for it. You like trading and the thrill of the hunt.

Re: Rogers Red Onyx Drums

Interesting the "f a r t" was changed to "****". That seems like over the top censoring to me but I guess it is what it is and not my forum or rules.

Re: Rogers Red Onyx Drums

I'm still partial to that BMP Leedy you sold last year. That was a keeper. Still kicking myself for not snagging that one!

Re: Ludwig 5x14 Pink Oyster Pearl

I'm interested in what this ends up selling for, if the seller doesn't mind sharing, and how long it takes to sell.

Re: Is Anyone Still Using This Forum?

I used to check in multiple times a day. Now it is multiple days or even a week or two between check ins. There isn't much action anymore and it's a bit like chanel surfing and running across a soap...

Re: Ludwig Pioneer vs. Ludwig Jazz Fest

I haven't been looking hard at Pioneers or Jazz Fests lately so could be off but I would have guessed you would need to add about a hundred bucks to each of your prices.

Re: Rogers Silver Sparkle

With the matching snare, I like the trade. How many Rogers sets with a matching snare are you going to find locally that you can look at before making a trade with something that individual is...

Re: Slingerland Black Diamond Pearl

How does this set compare to that 65 Leedy BDP you had last year? I thought that was a beautiful set and I wish I had bought it from you. I feel like that was the set to have.

Re: Ludwig Speed King 2020 Reissue question.

It would be interesting to see a side by side comparison of the new Speed King and the Vitalizer.

Re: Inexpensive Hardware Bag for lightweight/vintage hardware

Thanks for the heads up of this bag. I've researching for a bag for my lightweight hardware.

I wonder if there is a way to put in dividers to keep the gear from hitting each other and scratching?...

Re: New Christmas Gift Set Incoming

Love the gold sparkle Slingerland used. I only have a Slingerland snare in gold sparkle but would like a whole set at some point.

Re: Ludwig blue/olive non serial # badge question.

Very nice! That snare is in great shape!

I'm talking a non-serial September 1970 Supraphonic.

Re: Feeding frenzy

Do you have pictures or the link?

Number and sizes of the drums? Cymbals? Include hardware of the time?

A red vistalite set with a matching snare and a set of old Zildjians doesn't sound...

Re: Ludwig blue/olive non serial # badge question.

Do the 1970 Supraphonics with the blue olive no serial number badges tend to sell for more money, due to the novelty and very short window of time, than say a comparable blue olive badge supraphonic?

Re: Slingerland/Zildjian Price Check

I wouldn't trade the Leedy Kit unless that cymbal really spoke to you. You may not be able able to trade the snare later for a value you may want with the non-original parts.

Re: Another High Priced Vintage Kit For Sale
