Just thought I'd mention I put some puresound customs on mine for a gig I had at the weekend and for me sound wise they made the drum sound just how I wanted it, great stuff.

The ends are stamped with Ludwig, I'm wondering if these are original to this drum, I think they probably are will be the Ludwig weather master reso head.

I'm trying to upload a pic of my drum I think it's prob a '78 as its a b/o badge- serial no. Is scratched out. It has p85 blackface? With the holes for the cord. Does this help you any?
