Looking at the pics,I see the original throw has been swapped out with a Dunnet swivel.
They are tweaky in that the snares can be askew and not parallel to the bearing edges.

Fairly simple,but finding them is the issue and you would need a set of snares that fit.
I had a Tama spun steel snare that used them and it was a very playable snare.

You've probably got a snare bed issue as the roller bar was part of an extended snare throw and did not have such a deep or wide snare bed.

I would get a Fat Cat pitched set of snares and a Remo...

Yeah.
Just picked it up as a CL find at $50 bucks.
Gonna restore it as it has a bunch of stickers all over it.
New snares are $9 bucks from GC.
A little rust here and there ,but it should clean...

Depends upon what is wrong with the strainer.
The most common fail with the sft over the years is metal fatigue where the tension knob sits.
It can be fixed for maybe $10 or $20 bucks at a machine...

Not a Fibes.
It's a Corder wood snare.(the tone control gives it away)
If everything is intact worth about $250 to $300.
Jim used Jasper maple gum wood shells and that's as good as it gets.

Bring back Fibes just like they are doing with Rogers.
Bring back one of the great snare drums as a first step.
I mean if specialty snares like Craviotto have their niche ,then why not Fibes?

Those snares have their uses as any of the above.
$100 to 150 is a fair price.
These drums have an old school sound as the Kevlar sound is a bit too artificial.
