WTB: Premier 18x12, Ludwig 18x12

Looking for an 18x12 Premier bass drum, 60ís or 70ís, wrap doesnít matter.

Also, a Ludwig 18x12, or 18x14 bass drum, 60ís, preferably WMP but any wrap/finish is interesting.

The resolution of the photo is too low to be sure, but it looks to me like the lugs on the floor tom are the pointy type which means later than 1963, more like late 60’s. Hard to tell from the photo...

I use them on snare all the time, very seldom on toms.
I think they’re great to have for some purposes, and the issue of rattling can be fixed by putting soft materials in between the surfaces...

Arenít you talking about two different things though? Regarding sticks, yes they produce different sounds depending on the mass and shape hitting the drum, but that is not the same factor as how much...
