I was lucky that a friend found an identical stage anchor bolt for me...it is seen below... you can still see flecks of red paint on it.

This is a 1966 Ludwig Super Classic in oyster black pearl that I use for gigs.
It is 22/13/16 and all serial numbers are in the 1966 year range approximately.

I may be wrong but I think that oyster pink pearl was not produced in 1965 ; I think they were produced between either 1958-1963 or 1960-1963. So that set you saw sounds like transition badge set...
