Is it similar to a Ludwig P-43 in style? Sometimes those butt plates can be bent slightly to accommodate the hole spacing if it's initially a little bit off. I've done that with P-43 style butts in...

Just looked it up online.

Bummer. The good thing about the P-32 and other similar butt plates was that you could always bend it a little bit into position if the holes didn't quite line up.

The date stamp is inside the floor tom. It is March 7, 1966.

All of the drums have the chocolate milk interiors, but it's put on very lightly, you can see the wood grain...
