Re: Hello......Is This Thing Working?

That's why I come here about once a month, Howie. This forum is nearly dead and the guy who owns it doesn't care anymore. Sorry to be a downer, but it's pretty obvious.

Re: Is Anyone Still Using This Forum?

I check here once a week, maybe twice, Howie, but I'm pretty much done with this place. It's a morgue. The forum owner doesn't care anymore and won't do anything to make it better. I put in feelers...

Re: Rogers Silver Sparkle

That's up to you if you want to spend that much, but I wouldn't. I got my Rogers kit for $700.

Re: Rogers Silver Sparkle

I think that's a later tom arm and probably Asian. I'd say offer $700.

Re: Would You

It's just me; I don't like anything less than a 22" BD. I only use my Leedy set when requested by the bandleader. 18" BD's are totally inappropriate for my style and what I play. Of course, I've said...

Re: Would You

I'd try to get them for $700-750. Too bad the BD is a 20."

Re: Is this a Rogers Drumset?

That's some other brand of shells with Rogers and Slingerland hardware. If you can get them cheap and use them for practice, maybe you'll want them. If not, walk away. I wouldn't buy them, but that's...
