Yeah. I think Cilo is a bicycle brand. I remember a friend of mine had an old cycling bycicle with that brand.

I will leave here pictures of a kit I found for sale, just for future reference.
It is a Made in Taiwan "Fusion", by New Wave. It has an interesting badge and golden lugs.
Never seen one of these...

I cleaned it with a cloth, did wet sanding and then Novus 3,2,1. Actually I started with novus to keep the aged yellowish finish,...

All the parts are original, except the the top head.
The snare wires are loose. I have to replace them.
The wood inside is like brand new. It smells like it came out of the factory. Bearing edges...

Final result. I still have the bass drum bracket. The guy who zinc plated the hardware lost one of their bolts and the other 3 have their threads screwed up. I will fix that later.
