Have to agree with O-Lugs for sure! I have been bodybuilding/weight lifting for my entire adult life yet, I still get cramps in my calf muscles occasionally after playing. Getting older doesn't help...

Earlier today, my wife and I visited an antiques shop in Waterford, Ontario, Canada. To my surprise, I came across a very small bass, maybe sixteen inches, and a attachable tom , perhaps ten inches....
