They do indeed look in fine condition. I'm surprised you got the tom heads to seat properly without the original hoops. Sonor can be a bugger for that.

Also, I could be totally wrong as usual, but...

This is a tough one. They are beautiful sounding drums, assuming they are original, good condition, no mods, etc, but because they have been re done, its a guessing game. Should have left them alone...

This is a pretty old brass drum but I'm wondering if there is anyone who has know- how, and or parts to get one of these up and running again?

Indeed..went to great lengths to educate me about Trixon etc, but it became obvious it was just a game. Not sure what makes these folks tick...seriously. Its only a fkng drum kit!! for Gods sake.

Which one was the metal 8 lug pointy off set teardrop lug, parallel action snare drum, and were they brass?..one of them was a wooden shell.

They were a 50-60,s drum so I don't expect many of you...
