There are a few around. I've got an 18 1/8" First Stamp, a 18" Second Stamp and a 20" Second Stamp as well.

This cymbal is a pre Trans stamp and also known as a Second Stamp model. Have owned and still own many from this era. Most are really light (paper thin) or really heavy. I've got a First Stamp 14"....

You guys already had it figured out. I was just adding a bit about the strainer. Here is the image from the '84 catalog. It even shows the drum with the P85 black face 12 hole strainer.
