Loosen the two screws on the bottom of the goal post. take out the piston and springs, and check if any of those two items are broken or bent.

Elmers yellow glue or Franklin tight bond is what I use.

The four pictured on top are the needle applicators with a plastic cover....

LOL Right.

Infared film had just come out where you didn't need a flash.
A friend was experimenting, and didn't realize he had to be perfectly still shooting a photo. Hence the blur.
