Yes. There must be at least one hole there for the after market strainer, I think.

So... a no brainer for $150, agreed? Especially if it’s solid shell.

Yes. The badge is a pre-serial number badge so I agree, 1962.

I was also thinking the ‘extra holes’ are from the original 3 point strainer. No?
