Glad that worked out, dexter74. You managed to ask about one of the few things I've done that I didn't mess up!

Re: Removing a 1960's 3-nail Rogers badge. HELP!

With mine, I took the heads off, then used a pair of pliers to grasp each nail from inside the drum. Grasp the nail close to the shell (keeps nail from possibly bending) and push slowly and firmly...

Re: Vintage Music You've Recently "Discovered"

I've been enjoying The Faces/Small Faces' music lately. A young Rod Stewart's vocals, Ronnie Wood's guitar sound and style, and Kenny Jones laying down a sweet groove with a classic drum sound. ...

Re: Huge Ludwig collection FS - help neeeded

I saw this listing last night. Just make sure anyone looking at it reads past the headline. They are asking $2000.00, not $200.00.

Re: Ludwig Standard Metal Snare

Thank you all for the feedback. I have a few irons in the fire, so to speak, now I need to decide where to spend (and convince my wife I "need" another drum).

I appreciate your responses.

"Billy Don't Be A Hero"- Bo Donaldson and the Heywoods
"Run Joey Run"- David Geddes
"Brandy (You're a Fine Girl)"- Looking Glass

I always liked how the...

Re: Show Off Your BRONZE!

Here's my humble contribution. I bought this Ludwig LB-553 3"X13" piccolo snare new around '88. Right now it is in need of a good polishing, but back then, for a year or so, it was my main snare,...
