    Hi, Sorry I've never owned a teardrop 18"ft. I have a phonic 18" in rosewood that just simply thunders like nothing else. I almost bought a teardrop that was drilled for bd legs but that never went through. I always want to do a FT to BD conversion on one but so far no luck.

    BTW my phonic has a fiberskyn3 on batter with a coated ambassador on reso with it tuned medium tight, this thing just thunders.
