Hi! There's a vintage black beauty on e-bay at the moment, but it's a 14" by 5" - looks REALLY nice though. There's also a ludwig 402 from a different seller, he's using the 'Bonham snare/70's rock angle to sell it - neither what you specified, but worth a look? Do a search for Ludwig 402 and Ludwig black beauty - you'll find em!
