Boosey And Hawkes - Any Drums Made?

I've heard my dad talking about this company from 'back in the day' - did they ever make any drums? Where they any good?

Yes they did, I have a catalog from I believe the 40's or 50's for Ajax Percussion Boosey & Hawkes Ltd.

I also have a "Military Drums by Boosey & Hawkes" catalog which I guess is from the 30's or 40's that shows the Ajax badge on them.

The drums are very nice and I once had a 1960's Ajax snare which was a very nice quality made drum.
