transition era Ludwig snare

Any help with ID and vintage is greatly appreciated. Have heard 3 different possibilities at this point. I think Jazz Fest,(?)but not sure. Thanks everybody for any help.

thanks very much Ludwig Dude. That was the guess I thought would be the long shot, but that's cool to know. Any ideas for wire replacement, or is PSP pretty much the going thing? Thanks again for you input.
