Came with a 1030s-40s Radio King set I purchased....anyone know if these are also 40s ?

In the 30's-40's, they would have been K Zildjians. I don't know when the A line came out exactly but it wasn't until the 60's when they came into wide use. My guess would be that your cymbals are 60's vintage. Maybe even 70's.
