Pearl snare identification

Can anyone accurately identify this old Pearl snare, year/ model?

My guess is late 50's early 60's once called the "Popular" model with the wrong strainer.

This is a 6 lug snare?

Hi David,

Thanks for the response. Previous owner said it was mid 60's and has wrong strainer, is a 6 lug yes, had another opinion saying '69 to '72 but on this website says the badge is 50's so knowing nothing about these kits i am curious. Hopefully there will be some more opinions too. The "popular" name now gives me something else to go on too.
