Ball Bat Muffler Question

Does anybody know what years Ludwig used the baseball bat style muffler? Seems to me the larger rotary knob came in sometime in the late 60's but not sure about the year span for the ball bat muffler.

Not for sure, but I think they ran from 63 to 68. I'm probably wrong, though.

These were used from '61- mid year '66. Red felt until '65. White after '65. The knob was introduced in late '66.

-couldn't be....I have a 1967 kit with BBs all around.

An early '67. I have 3 Burgundy Sparkle kits all '67 all with the later knob mufflers...
