Vintage Leedy Tom Mount [Archive]

I've got a vintage Leedy Rack Tom that's got a "partial" mount installed on it. I'm trying to find out where I might be able to purchase the piece that would hook up to the hardware currently on the tom and clip onto the bass drum. ANY AND ALL ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!Help2

THIS is what attached to it. A LEEDY FLAT CONSOLETTE RAIL.

And I HAVE A COMPLETE ONE...if I can just dig it out from wherever I put it.

It may also have been a hoop-mount...which I also have the part for...
