Rim brands and decades question part 2

Hi,
I just wanted to find out the brand (Rogers, Gretsch, Ludwig etc) and decade (60s, 70s etc.) for these rims. A magnet sticks to all the rims so I know their not brass and are triple flanged with top flange directed outward. The sizes are 14 inch bottom snare and 13 inch bottom snare rims in the attached order. Thank you for your assistance.

I think the 14 is a Rogers by the lenght of the tags. The 13 looks to be a late 60s Ludwig piccolo bottom.
