Serial number information wasnt supplied, so I cannot confirm the date. Floor tom leg mounts are 70s fullerton. I am assuming the collet tensioners are as well, condition of those is unknown, however, later dayton, early fullertons will fit just as well, as also the repros available from JP. The issue with the two hairline cracks should be addressed by someone with experience in antique strata wraps to ensure it stops right where it started. Overall this is a great kit at a fair price for your side of the pond.
